On this episode, we examine the preparations that happen outside of the gym and the kitchen. Athletes need a perfect tan to show off muscle definition underneath the bright stage lights. The women need appropriate makeup to have their facial features seen from a distance without being washed out, and every competitor needs to know how to present their hard work with the appropriate poses that enable the individual to exhibit poise, fluidity and confidence in front of the judges.
