As Some Minnesota Businesses Issue In-store Mask Requirements, Decision on State Mandate Looms

Target stores will require customers to wear face masks beginning August 1st. The move comes as other mega-retailers like Walmart, Kohl’s, CVS and Walgreens announced similar policies requiring masks.
