The Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations (AMPERS) has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly experienced journalist to research, write, produce, and edit a daily five-minute newscast highlighting the headlines from the past 24 hours from around our state. This is a one-year full-time position with benefits that will end on June 30, 2027.
AMPERS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly experienced journalist to fact-check and edit scripts, help to teach news writing, assist in making news editorial decisions, help to enhance our newsroom policies and manual, and ensure we are upholding journalistic standards and ethics. This individual will also be responsible for establishing strong relationships with smaller newsrooms throughout the state. This is a one-year full-time position with benefits that will end on June 30, 2027.
