Faulty septic systems pose a huge problem in much of rural Minnesota. They pollute the environment, but the cost of fixing them is out of reach for many property owners. As Don Lee reports, Legacy Amendment grants via the Minnesota Bureau of Water and Soil Resources are helping to balance out the equation and protect lakes and streams.
