Friends of the Hennepin County Library presents MN Spin. This program pays Minnesota musicians for the right to post the artists’ CDs, and the public is invited to stream or download tracks at no cost. Jeff Radford talked to Phil Nusbaum about the program and said that artists’ submissions to MN Spin are being taken through March 24, 2021.
