The University of Minnesota Solar Vehicle Project is an organization of undergraduate engineering students who research, design and construct a solar vehicle every two years. Jake Herbers, a student leader with the team, joined WTIP's Dick Swanson recently to talk about some of the challenges involved in constructing and racing a solar car.
