Pepperkakebyen

The third annual Pepperkakebyen or “Gingerbread City” opens at the Sons of Norway in Duluth. With help from many volunteers, through workshops and group and individual contributions, Pepperkakebyen is built out of Gingerbread creating a fantastic edible landscape. This longtime Norwegian tradition was inspired by the worlds largest Pepperkakebyen in Bergen, Norway.
