She was just a toddler listening to her dad’s blues and classic rock music collection as well as listening to him play in Jam sessions with his buddies in Belgrade, Serbia when the blues grabbed a hold of her. At the age of 14 she was taking private classical guitar lessons, but soon realized this was not for her as it was not the style of guitar playing she had in her heart to do. Now she is a common name in the blues world. We’re visiting the music of Ana Popovic who resides in Memphis, Tennessee today on our Blues roadtrip.
