Kelsey Didrikson – English teacher at Roseau, MN public schools – shares details on the “Write On” writers’ program in the school system, which involves students writing stories for the local/regional newspaper – The Roseau Times-Region News. The “Write On” program was initiated through a grant they received from the NWMAC.
This Mahtowa, Minnesota singer/songwriter is releasing her latest album, Boss Mama, on Friday, August 23 at Wussow’s Concert Cafe, backed by her band Jebberhooch, which includes members of The Holy Hootenanners and The Brothers Burn Mountain. We looked forward to hearing some of the new tunes when she joined us in the studio that afternoon for a live session.
